Before the Race:

We want you to feel energized and ready for the course. Make sure you have waterproof sunscreen, as Yuma is known for it's blazing sun. Stay hydrated during your training, and make sure you are hydrated the day of as well. We recommend bringing a water bottle with fresh water, or bringing a camelback-type of hydration pouch for the day of. Lastly, stay energized with a light breakfast/ snack, about 30 minutes before the race starts.

Day Of Attire:

We recommend showing up in what you train in, you will get muddy! We would hate to see your brand new athletic gear possibly get ruined.
Mud is heavy, and cotton will soak right up, so athletic attire made with a dri-fit material or similar is recommended.
